Domestic Shipping

While the time needed to prepare your order varies, I typically ship within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. All orders will be shipped using the USPS with a convenient tracking number. I strive to offer a variety of postal shipping options so that you can select which is most affordable and/or convenient for your order. The cost to ship each order is individually determined by weight of package and location of recipient. I am not responsible for any orders that are delayed, lost, damaged or stolen once they are in the hands of the USPS.

Please note that all U.S. orders over $50 ship for free using either USPS First Class mail (under 13 oz) or USPS Parcel Select (13 oz <) and may have a slightly longer delivery time.

Typically, First Class USPS mail takes up to 2-5 business days to be delivered once it is in the carrier’s hands, USPS Parcel Select mail takes up to 2-8 business days, and Priority USPS mail only takes 1-3 business days to be delivered.

International Shipping

Currently, I am only offering International shipping to select countries that are currently not implementing shipping restrictions. However, I am always working towards providing the best possible way to extend convenient shopping experiences to my customers internationally. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns & Exchanges

Contact me within 7 days after receiving your order if you are not satisfied and I can begin the process of a return or exchange. I stand behind my products and will repair or replace a damaged item as long as it is shipped back to me within 14 days of delivery. While I do not accept cancellations, please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Caveat

All items are handmade, and therefore some small imperfections/inconsistencies (that fall within a normal range for a handmade item) may occur. Examples of these may include emphasized wood grain, slight variances of color from what appears on screen, or other small marks that in no way affect the functionality or overall aesthetic appeal of an item. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of small imperfections such as these. Much unhappiness can be avoided by reading the description of each item very carefully before purchasing so that you aren’t expecting something different than the product that is offered.

Additional Information

Where are your products made and where do the materials come from?

All of my items are handmade in the USA, straight out of the pinewood forests of Southeast Georgia, and many are one-of-a-kind. I love using reclaimed and repurposed materials for the things I craft, especially reclaimed Pine wood, which is one of my most-used materials. I am blessed to have a father who is also a woodworker, and so I often use his scraps and leftovers to make toys, home decor, and furniture.

What payment methods do you accept and is my payment secure?

I gladly accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, as well as Fox in the Pines Designs gift cards. I will keep your payment information secure and will never disclose your credit card information. Please reach out to me if your preferred method of payment is not listed here so that I can process your order accordingly.

Can I place a custom order with you?

My ability to complete custom orders is solely based on what materials are available. Obtaining materials can affect the price and turnaround time to complete your custom piece. Do not hesitate in reaching out to me about a custom order, but please note that due to the nature of my business I will have to form my consideration on a case by case basis.
